HR Business Operations Netherlands & Belgium (AI)

Location: Heerlen, Limburg, Netherlands; other location: Galway, County Galway, Ireland. Workplace type: Flexible Work Arrangement.

Salary: €44,800–€67,200 annually in the Netherlands; €41,280–€61,920 annually in Ireland. The role is also eligible for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Act as the in-country HR Business Operations contact and maintain operational standards.
• Integrate AI and automation into HR workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage HR transactions, documentation verification, complex cases, and processes in Workday, ServiceNow, and related tools.
• Advise HR business partners on local labor legislation, employment terms, benefits, and compliant practices.
• Maintain digital records and prepare local employment contracts, correspondence, and legal forms.
• Support EurAsia Group HR projects with AI-enhanced reporting, HR systems guidance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR Business Operations, HR Generalist work, or a similar in-country operational role.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and process efficiency.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, social legislation, and country-specific HR compliance.
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with Workday or ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch are required.
