Data Management Specialist (HR Data)

What you will do

• Build and operate the People Data Management capability within the People Analytics data management team.
• Partner with HR leaders, data owners, stewards, business process owners, and subject matter experts to clarify accountability and increase adoption.
• Translate policies, standards, and governance requirements into practical ways of working that improve data quality, consistency, compliance, and business value.
• Manage HR data assets, critical data elements, business definitions, metadata, data lineage, business glossaries, and data products.
• Advise HR stakeholders on data challenges, governance, maturity assessments, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the People Data Management roadmap and future initiatives involving data products, AI readiness, data democratization, and advanced governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Data Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Human Resources, IT Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR data governance, data management, analytics enablement, master data management, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in complex international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive organizational adoption and implement governance practices.
• Experience working with sensitive or regulated data and HR technology ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; knowledge of or certification in the DAMA DMBOK framework is expected.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in HR expertise or HR data roles.
• Experience with organizational change, training, governance forums, data architecture, or strategic data initiatives.
