HR Generalist (HR Systems & Analytics)

What you will do

• Act as an HR partner and first point of contact for employees and managers across European offices.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, promotions, transfers, and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, engagement, organizational change, relocation, visa, and work permit activities.
• Improve HR technology, workflows, processes, and employee experience in partnership with IT, HR stakeholders, and vendors.
• Support HCM implementation activities, including upgrades, testing, data migration, configuration, documentation, and user adoption.
• Maintain HR data, create dashboards and reports, and present workforce insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, HCM, reporting, or workflow systems; HCM implementation or HR transformation experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical ability, and experience presenting people analytics to senior leadership.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, data accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement skills.
