Staff Technical Program Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with two days per week in the office required

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional technical programs with product and engineering leaders.
• Align roadmaps across product areas, establish milestones, and proactively manage risks.
• Lead transformation initiatives and develop strategic technical roadmaps.
• Support reliable software systems, engineering excellence, and productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with Software Engineering, Platform Infrastructure, and other technical functions.
• Mentor junior technical program managers and strengthen program management practices.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in software development program management across cross-functional projects.
• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience navigating software engineering challenges and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating release schedules and building sustainable processes.
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting for workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience in a growth-stage or technology company.
• Ability to decompose products and features into technical components and dependencies.
• Software development experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
