Technical Programme Manager - Customer Fulfilment

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid, with 60% of the week spent at office locations or local sites

What you will do

• Drive, lead, and deliver technical projects and programmes from ideation through launch.
• Define programme strategies, assess value and viability, and evaluate team and stakeholder readiness.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and influence senior leaders, peers, and cross-functional partners.
• Create programme communications, persuasive cases for change, and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Identify training needs and work with the Training Team to develop suitable solutions.
• Represent customers and support teams while helping transition changes into sustainable business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Experience defining and delivering programmes or projects within a large organisation.
• Experience shaping programmes with ambiguous scope and uncertain delivery approaches.
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills, including influencing without authority.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Welwyn Garden City, with regular office or local-site attendance.
