Technical Program Manager (AI)

hirify.global is developing the DX-1, a rack-scale AI decode accelerator that co-designs logic, data movement, packaging, optics, and interconnect for improved system-level performance.

What you will do

• Own complex, cross-functional technical programs from initiation through completion and mass-manufactured product delivery.
• Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across hardware, software, optics, and manufacturing workstreams.
• Align engineering, product, and business stakeholders on scope, priorities, trade-offs, and delivery commitments.
• Run planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, status reporting, and program documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers, manage vendor and partner relationships, and escalate decisions requiring senior input.
• Improve delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working across programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, or senior project management.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary programs involving multiple interdependent teams.
• Broad engineering background with technical experience across hardware, software, and manufacturing.
• Strong engineering literacy and the ability to engage credibly in technical trade-offs without being the domain expert.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with VP-level stakeholders and holding teams accountable without direct authority.
• Structured thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
