Program Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programmes and software product launches.
• Coordinate work across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and other business functions.
• Define programme scope, timelines, milestones, success measures, governance frameworks, and reporting processes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, escalations, and stakeholder decisions.
• Provide programme updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders while driving alignment and accountability.
• Lead change management, retrospectives, process improvements, and the adoption of automation and AI-enabled delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex programmes across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience delivering software, SaaS, technology-based, or enterprise-scale product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3–5+ years of programme or project management experience.

• Payments, banking, or financial services experience.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve delivery processes.
