VP - Finance AeroTech (Aerospace)

Salary: $189,800.00–$370,200.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead the AeroTech finance organization of approximately 50 finance professionals across six international locations.
• Direct financial planning, reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and the closing process.
• Partner with the President and leadership team on strategic initiatives, business performance, risks, opportunities, and long-term growth.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company accounting policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and tax regulations.
• Coordinate financial audits and recommend procedural improvements.
• Establish departmental goals, maintain an effective organizational structure, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business with strong accounting experience.
• 15 or more years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of finance, budgeting, cost control, financial and operational accounting, and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, financial projections, and product-line profitability analysis.
• Experience working in a manufacturing company and exposure to international markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills, including experience in a matrixed reporting structure.

• MBA and CPA designation.
