Manager, Technology Operations (AI)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Explore and apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows and scale content quality capabilities.
• Lead complex cross-functional workstreams supporting eCommerce content quality initiatives.
• Develop and evolve standards for accurate, consistent, and useful product content.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and drive execution.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across teams.
• Use data and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and improve scalable program processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area, or 5 years of related experience without a degree.
• Strong project and program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, create structure, manage multiple priorities, and drive work independently.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, continuous-improvement mindset, and willingness to experiment with AI and emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Knowledge of assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and accessibility standards.
