Supply Chain Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Location: Irwindale, California, United States; on-site at an SCE facility or field location. Up to 60% travel across the SCE service territory may be required, with occasional Saturday work. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $114,400–$171,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations supporting planned and emergency electric service work.
• Manage material availability, deliveries, inventory coordination, and workloads across multiple sites.
• Plan staffing capacity, hiring, succession planning, coaching, development, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage represented supervisors and employees, including administration of the collective bargaining agreement.
• Develop and monitor KPIs covering budgets, overtime, throughput, contractor spend, and safety.
• Lead operational projects, deliver presentations, and make strategic resource and process-improvement decisions.

Requirements

• At least four years of combined experience performing or supervising supply chain analysis and solutions involving material availability and logistics.
• Experience or knowledge in warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, transportation scheduling, and logistics issue resolution.
• Experience with warehouse or material management systems, including SAP EWM, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices, operational compliance, and accurate operational and inventory records.
• Ability to work on-site in Irwindale or at SCE field locations, with up to 60% travel.

• Experience supervising warehouse, material handling, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency in a supply chain environment.
