Warehouse Supervisor (Semiconductor Logistics)

Location: Livermore, California, United States; onsite warehouse and cleanroom-adjacent environment. Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Salary: $71,400–$93,660 per year, depending on experience, skills, and background.

What you will do

• Supervise shipping, receiving, storage, picking, packing, kitting, staging, and outbound warehouse operations.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and monitor warehouse associates, including task assignment, attendance, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions, shipping documentation, ERP/WMS records, barcode scanning, lot and serial traceability, and dock-to-stock execution.
• Coordinate material delivery to production, resolve shortages and substitutions, and escalate constraints affecting production schedules.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Quality to meet manufacturing and customer requirements.
• Monitor operational metrics, support audits and discrepancy investigations, control nonconforming or quarantined material, and maintain 5S and lean warehouse standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with warehousing operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and material handling equipment.
• People leadership, team supervision, communication, documentation, and records-management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP software, inventory transactions, warehouse documentation, and operational performance metrics.
• Ability to enforce safety requirements, including forklift operations, hazardous-material handling, ESD controls, cleanliness, and material traceability.
• Ability to work onsite in Livermore, California, on the specified compressed schedule.
