Warehouse Operations General Supervisor

Location: On-site at the St. Paul Warehouse in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States, at least five days per week. Travel may include up to 10% domestic travel.

Expected compensation: $145,676–$178,049, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Ensure environmental, health, and safety practices are followed across the site.
• Monitor and direct warehouse associates responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products in compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Manage workflow to achieve safety, productivity, quality, and operational performance standards.
• Support annual operational budgets, forecasts, cost reductions, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Track daily and weekly performance and implement action plans to correct operational deficiencies.
• Partner with Corporate Transportation and Distribution Operations to improve carrier performance and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five combined years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or distribution operations.
• Current, valid driver’s license and willingness to be on-call.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• U.S. person status may be required for access to export-controlled information and technologies.
• Experience with operational leadership, data analysis, problem-solving, and supplier management is valuable for success in the role.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Distribution center or warehouse experience, budget management, and operational KPI monitoring.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, data mining, ERP, SAP, or EWM experience.
• Experience in union environments and collective bargaining agreements.
• Coaching, interpersonal communication, team leadership, and supplier negotiation skills.
