Salary: $92,000–$116,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities with a focus on safety, organization, efficiency, and performance.
• Lead training, staffing, capability building, and work-process development for manual and automated warehouse operations.
• Set expectations, coach logistics personnel, foster accountability, and guide team performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and internal material movements.
• Oversee third-party logistics organizations and manage material receiving operations.
• Improve customer delivery processes and drive strategic operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, and coach teams and technicians.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across operating departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Proficy, Microsoft Office, SAP, RTCIS, OneNote, and BOX; WMS or automation experience is preferred.
