Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $145,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global builds infrastructure for developers to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe AI agents and voice and video applications in production.

What you will do

• Run the product team's planning cadence, including planning cycles, reviews, recurring updates, decision tracking, and follow-ups.
• Own the roadmap system across engineering, leadership, and sales audiences, keeping priorities and delivery status current.
• Lead product goal-setting, progress tracking, reporting, and collaboration with the data team to identify drift early.
• Maintain lightweight product development standards and coordinate internal launch readiness with marketing, including documentation, pricing, and go-to-market preparation.
• Build customer insight systems across research, sales, support, surveys, and deals, and deliver synthesized findings to product managers.
• Develop PM onboarding, training, community of practice, career frameworks, tooling, and broader product organization improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in product operations or a closely related role supporting a product team.
• Experience designing a product team's operating cadence from scratch during company growth.
• Strong writing skills for producing templates, updates, plans, and documentation.
• Comfort defining metrics, working with BI tools, and evaluating data quality; SQL is a plus.
• Technical credibility with developers in an engineering-led organization, plus the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Heavy use of AI tools and the ability to help others adopt them effectively.

Nice to have

• Product operations experience at a developer tools, API, infrastructure, or AI company.
• Experience running quarterly planning or OKRs for a product organization.
• Experience building a B2B research repository, customer recruiting program, PM onboarding program, or career ladder.
• Experience working with go-to-market teams on launch readiness and product stage definitions.
• Previous product management experience.
