Senior Product Manager - Invoicing (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Portland, OR; or remote within Canada or the United States

Salary: US employees: $200,700–$250,900 USD; Canadian employees: $189,700–$237,100 CAD

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for the invoicing dashboard, invoice builder, and payer experience.
• Interview customers and prospects and convert feedback into product priorities.
• Prioritize and deliver capabilities including accounting integrations, invoice templates, credits, credit memos, promotions, and coupons.
• Balance product simplicity with the needs of growing businesses.
• Identify meaningful applications of AI in the payment and invoicing experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Risk, and other product teams to grow active users, feature adoption, and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping products.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to prioritize a complex backlog.
• Experience turning customer feedback into shipped products.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in products involving money and payments.
• Ability to own the full product lifecycle from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience serving startups or small businesses.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, billing, or payments products.
• Experience integrating accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
