Product Manager, Logistics Industry (Robotics)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States

Annual salary: $140,000–$160,000 plus benefits and incentive plans.

What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and PRDs for robotics solutions in warehousing, sorting, material handling, and production-line logistics.
• Design end-to-end solutions with algorithm, software, and hardware teams across robot platforms, fleet management systems, and WMS/ERP integrations.
• Plan product development, establish milestones, coordinate cross-functional resources, and track R&D delivery.
• Research markets and competitors, identify product opportunities, and develop business cases and product strategies.
• Bridge Sales, customers, and R&D through pre-sales solutioning, customer demonstrations, and pilot deployments.
• Manage the full product lifecycle and support commercialization, customer solution delivery, ecosystem development, revenue growth, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or a related role within robotics, industrial automation, or logistics.
• Knowledge of warehousing and logistics scenarios, including AGV/AMR, automated sortation, and WMS technologies.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with agile development and the ability to independently drive complex projects to completion.
• Fluent English and the ability to read English technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile robots, industrial robotics products, or robotics solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture design or pre-sales technical solutioning.
• Experience leading robotics projects from 0 to 1 through mass production.
• Passion for robotics, self-driven working style, and comfort with multitasking.
