Principal Product Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Set product strategy, vision, priorities, and roadmaps across software, AI/perception models, hardware, robots, motorcycle safety modules, cloud tools, and companion apps.
• Partner with Sales and customers to turn market feedback, deployment experience, and commercial opportunities into product priorities and business cases.
• Own the roadmap for cloud-based tools and apps that simplify operation of robotic products.
• Lead the motorcycle safety module category through customer research, requirements analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Advocate for simplicity and intuitive ease of use in product decisions alongside the Design team.
• Set clear goals for Program Management and represent product strategy in discussions with the CEO, C-level leadership, customers, and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning roadmaps across hardware and software.
• Experience with embedded or robotics products is strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and translating company strategy into product priorities.
• Experience partnering with Sales or customer-facing teams to incorporate customer and market feedback into roadmap decisions.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in sensor fusion, perception, and navigation technologies.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced technical degree is a plus.
