Senior Product Manager, Fleet & Internal Tools (AI)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; based onsite at the headquarters 5 days per week. Remote is listed in the workplace type, and relocation assistance may be provided.

Annual base salary: $196,000–$240,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the roadmap for fleet management and internal tooling across the hirify.global Cloud platform.
• Develop workflows for device inventory and health, pilot and organization administration, troubleshooting, support, service, and repair.
• Define the end-to-end dock service experience from issue detection and remote diagnosis through dispatch, parts, repair, verification, and closure.
• Drive feature definition and prioritization with design, engineering, marketing, support, customer success, and go-to-market teams.
• Prototype and validate customer workflows while engaging users, prospects, and internal stakeholders to refine personas and requirements.
• Communicate product plans and progress through launch and adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience defining and delivering software products, including fleet, logistics, mobility, or other operationally complex products.
• Experience with wireframing and close collaboration with UX design.
• AI-forward product mindset and experience using AI to accelerate product delivery.
• Familiarity with data modeling and API-driven architectures, with the ability to reason about systems at scale.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate across autonomy, firmware, and cloud engineering teams.
• FAA Part 107 certification is required within the first 60 days of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with drones, autonomous systems, robotics, industrial IoT, or mission-critical connected products.
• Experience with fleet management, asset lifecycle, work-order, field-service, RMA, parts, warranty, or repair-management systems.
• Experience replacing fragmented or third-party workflows with a cohesive native platform.
• Experience serving public safety, critical infrastructure, defense, or other regulated, high-availability customers.
