Senior Product Manager (Autonomous Driving)

What you will do

• Define product vision, scope, priorities, roadmaps, user journeys, product requirements, and Operational Design Domain specifications.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering, regulatory, marketing, fleet management, and commercialization stakeholders.
• Prioritize features using customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives, while communicating technical and commercial tradeoffs.
• Establish measurable and testable product metrics and KPIs, and track critical development milestones.
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks through data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Benchmark competitive and complementary products and mentor junior employees through knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field with 3 years of industry experience, or a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ADAS and autonomous driving technologies, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Traffic Jam Assist, Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, and Cross Traffic Collision Warning.
• Experience with camera systems, automotive radar, LiDAR, GNSS/GPS with IMU ground truth, and sensor fusion.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance frameworks used by NHTSA and Euro NCAP.
• Experience developing product requirements, roadmaps, product metrics, and KPIs.
• Experience with robotic validation systems, including steering robots, acceleration and braking robots, guided soft target robots, and VRU robotic testing platforms.
