Email Marketing Specialist-Temp

What you will do

• Plan and deploy newsletters, go-to-market campaigns, and lifecycle or triggered email automations.
• Manage production schedules and perform rigorous QA for deliverability and legal compliance.
• Maintain audience segmentation and automated workflows.
• Develop testing roadmaps for subject lines, calls to action, and email layouts.
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams on brand-aligned assets and coordinate work in project management tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise email service providers such as Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Basic HTML and CSS skills for email production.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, segmentation, and dynamic content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and AI tools.
