Email Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/n) - Maternity Cover

Location: Hybrid role based in Bratislava, Slovakia

Basic wage component: from €2,200 gross per month. Performance bonus is paid twice per year, up to 10% of the basic salary for the evaluation period.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end coordination and execution of transactional email communications across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage and improve automated email workflows, triggers, customer journeys, and lifecycle communications.
• Coordinate requirements with Marketing Automation, Product, UX, IT, Legal, Customer Care, and other stakeholders.
• Manage email templates, dynamic content, personalization, localization, and deployment across hirify.global markets.
• Test communications, troubleshoot issues, identify dependencies and blockers, and coordinate resolutions.
• Document processes, requirements, and configurations while continuously optimizing transactional communications.

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms such as Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Understanding of automated customer journeys, triggers, and lifecycle communications.
• Working knowledge of HTML and the ability to troubleshoot common email rendering and template issues.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for creating and maintaining data selections and segments and supporting automated data imports.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation requirements and manage multiple priorities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and the ability to work with international, cross-functional teams.
