Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead personnel across operational areas and maintain accountability for major plant equipment assets.
• Schedule and assign personnel to achieve production plans and targets.
• Resolve safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and personnel issues during production shifts.
• Communicate production priorities and ensure accurate shift production summaries.
• Coach, train, mentor, provide feedback, and manage employee performance.
• Complete personnel documentation, time and attendance records, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Ability to lead personnel within plant operations.
• Ability to coach, teach, mentor, train, and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Ability to communicate job expectations and enforce established standards, processes, and procedures.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment and following company and consumer policies.
• Active participation in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
