Salary: $84,000–$115,500 per year

What you will do

• Supervise, motivate, develop, and train production employees while assigning work and setting priorities.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Lead operational and milestone meetings, communicate manufacturing issues, and track performance metrics including cycle time.
• Address operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and ensure conformance to customer and vendor requirements.
• Optimize production capacity and improve manufacturing processes through data analysis, Lean practices, safety initiatives, and quality actions.
• Manage hiring, performance management, employee development, coaching, rewards, and disciplinary processes.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical expertise, managerial leadership, and direction to production employees.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing data, production capacity, process performance, and quality opportunities.
• Ability to lead presentations and gain cooperation across manufacturing functions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, and work in tight or noisy spaces.
• Ability to distinguish colors and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a clean room while using required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
