Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead operational activities for the paint department on the assigned shift and supervise hourly personnel.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant working conditions, including OSHA training, safety meetings, accident investigations, and root-cause actions.
• Coordinate staffing, training, shift continuity, vacation and overtime allocation, and workforce priorities.
• Manage production quality, process control, 5-S standards, daily production reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, maintain e-coat tanks and wastewater treatment systems, and perform routine repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance, spare-parts inventory, repair-history documentation, and machinery improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• High school diploma; college education preferred.
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Leadership, teamwork, communication, listening, problem-solving, accuracy, attention to detail, and technical skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts when required.
• Ability to handle physically and mentally demanding or stressful situations and participate in meetings.
• Must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support.
