Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Applications, Digital Workplace

Salary: $154,000–$216,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap, architecture, governance model, lifecycle management, and operations for ServiceNow and Atlassian service management and employee experience platforms.
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop platform administrators, developers, and technical architects.
• Direct platform delivery, prioritization, releases, governance committees, and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as the technical escalation point for critical disruptions and cross-domain, vendor, and stakeholder issues.
• Manage vendors, licensing, contracts, budgets, utilization, forecasting, ROI, and SaaS sprawl prevention.
• Architect integrations and automated workflows across IT, security, HR, identity, collaboration, and AI systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering and managing enterprise applications and collaboration platforms in complex, cross-functional IT environments.
• 5+ years coordinating internal teams and vendors, including SaaS budgets, contracts, licensing, and negotiations.
• 3+ years of formal people management, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
• Deep architecture, configuration, and administration experience with ServiceNow or Atlassian platforms.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience; relevant ServiceNow or Atlassian certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience governing platforms across multiple vendor ecosystems.
• Experience building REST/SOAP API integrations and automated workflows with Okta or Azure AD.
• Hands-on use and evaluation of AI-enabled platform capabilities such as ServiceNow Now Assist, Atlassian Rovo, or Microsoft Copilot.
