What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Team Leads and Senior Administrators across SaaS, collaboration, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Define and execute the Commercial Applications roadmap, including Atlassian Cloud migration and ServiceNow platform evolution.
• Drive operational maturity through engineering standards, SLAs, and proactive service management.
• Champion self-service and workflow automation to reduce manual toil and improve employee experience.
• Partner cross-functionally to govern SaaS procurement, security, and platform strategy at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications or IT Engineering.
• 4+ years of people management experience, ideally managing Team Leads or Managers.
• Deep expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Data Center to Cloud migrations.
• Strong background in ServiceNow platform strategy, development, and integrations.
• Proven ability to define and execute multi-year roadmaps for complex enterprise systems.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/ML or generative AI into enterprise platforms.
• Background in high-growth technology, automotive, or autonomous driving companies.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS management (SSO, SCIM, CASB) and license infrastructure.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript for automation.
