Manager, Enterprise Applications

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid

Base salary: $184,000–$221,000 per year, excluding RSUs, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, and any sign-on bonus.

Zoox is developing a fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting mobility ecosystem, combining robotics, machine learning, and design.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Team Leads and Senior Administrators across SaaS, collaboration, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Define and execute the Commercial Applications roadmap, including Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migration and ServiceNow platform evolution.
• Drive operational maturity through engineering standards, service-level agreements, and proactive service management.
• Champion self-service and workflow automation to reduce manual work and improve employee experience.
• Partner across functions on SaaS procurement, security, governance, and enterprise platform strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications or IT Engineering.
• 4+ years of people management experience, ideally managing Team Leads or Managers.
• Deep expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Data Center to Cloud migrations.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform strategy, development, and integrations.
• Ability to define and execute multi-year roadmaps for complex enterprise systems.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI, machine learning, or generative AI into enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of SaaS management, including SSO, SCIM, CASB, and license infrastructure.
• ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications.
• Hands-on Python or JavaScript experience for automation.
