Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Products

Base salary: USD $124,000–$329,200 per year

What you will do

• Build and improve provisioning workflows for regional hirify.global Enterprise Cloud deployments.
• Own automation and platform services across networking, compute, storage, DNS, and service onboarding.
• Design and operate capacity management systems for multi-region Azure environments.
• Partner with engineering teams to bring hirify.global services into regional environments safely and consistently.
• Improve CI/CD quality, deployment safety, operational tooling, validation, and incident response.
• Lead platform investments that reduce operational toil and improve reliability, scalability, and deployment velocity.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience with production software development in one or more languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• At least 3 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code, provisioning automation, or platform orchestration, such as Terraform, Bicep, or Pulumi.
• At least 2 years of experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as hirify.global Copilot or AI code review.
• At least 5 years of hands-on on-call experience, including post-incident retrospectives and systemic improvements.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-region or data-residency-aware architectures at scale.
• Experience with capacity planning, quota management, or cloud resource lifecycle management.
• Experience with incident response and production operations at scale.
