Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate domestic and international freight transactions.
• Manage import, export, and domestic logistics documentation.
• Maintain shipping records and provide tracking or shipping history to customers and sales teams.
• Track, maintain, and update inventory according to shipping specifications.
• Support vendor relationships and on-time production order shipments across North America.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in distribution.
• Strong customer service skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to change, learn new concepts quickly, and stay highly organized.
