Buyer (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Purchase products and manage order fulfillment to support demand, inventory turns, and supplier delivery performance.
• Track purchase orders, shipping, delivery information, backlog updates, reporting, and supplier communications.
• Build supplier relationships, manage delivery commitments, and drive system and process improvements.
• Negotiate pricing for high-value quantity opportunities and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams.
• Manage non-conforming inventory, product disposition, inventory aging, stock rotation, and liquidations.
• Communicate order status and issue resolution to planners, sales, customer operations, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Thorough knowledge of procurement-related principles, practices, techniques, and standards.
• Ability to independently evaluate situations, exercise judgment, and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with management, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments.
