Sr Operations Manager

Location: On-site in Rogers, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $116,000–$174,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, inventory accuracy, and daily order fulfillment across a large distribution center.
• Establish and improve operational procedures while measuring daily processes and outcomes.
• Support sales representatives and leadership by resolving service failures, customer concerns, and complaints.
• Lead staffing, performance management, compensation administration, training, and employee development at the local facility.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, recordkeeping, and compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.
• Manage multiple managers and supervisors, major programs, budgets, expenses, policies, and personnel needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of management experience, including leading and developing employees; or a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 7 years of management experience.
• Experience engaging and supporting warehouse teams and managing exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, leadership, decision-making, and customer-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, extensive time demands, complex situations, budgets, and policy implementation.
• Ability to work on-site in Rogers, Minnesota.
