Senior Manager, Epiq Advisory

Location: Remote within the United States; position associated with Reston, Virginia. Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Salary: $115,000–$175,000 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide consulting, advisory, and project management services to corporate legal departments.
• Develop service offerings, project methodologies, implementation strategies, and solution architectures.
• Lead solution development, project scoping, execution, timelines, resources, and client satisfaction.
• Analyze business requirements and lead targeted change initiatives across complex projects.
• Build relationships with clients, technology vendors, colleagues, and cross-functional practice areas.
• Develop and manage individuals and teams while creating presentations, project plans, and compelling business narratives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal management consulting and/or legal technology implementation experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects, deadlines, resources, client relationships, and people.
• Strong written, oral, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Sales and business development experience, including scoping work and crafting proposals.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, synthesize information, and defend conclusions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to present a portfolio of work, including writing and work product samples.
