Digital Consulting Senior Manager (Oracle Cloud Financials)

Location: Remote in the United States; Chicago - 550 Van Buren. Willingness to travel up to 50% to work with clients or internal project teams.

Base salary: $165,000–$190,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $198,000–$228,000.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Develop solution architectures across Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AR, Assets, Cash Lease Accounting, AP, and Projects.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Manage senior client relationships and support engagements from pursuit through delivery.
• Oversee configuration, testing, training, and end-user support.
• Define ERP implementation standards, templates, and best practices while collaborating with integration, reporting, and data teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Oracle Financials experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience leading design and architecture across multiple finance processes and modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments.
• Ability to manage complex global designs involving multi-GAAP, multi-COA, and multi-currency environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects and train hirify.global staff in project management and technical disciplines.
