Sales Leader I - Merchant Services

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; regular reporting to a hirify.global major facility is required. The team primarily operates across EST and CST time zones. Other listed locations include Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Cherry Hill, Detroit, Miami, Orlando, Columbus, and Cleveland.

Base salary: $100,100.00–$223,080.00, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead virtual Merchant Services Account Executives supporting Business Banking Relationship Managers and businesses with $2–10 million in annual revenue.
• Set strategy, coordinate daily activities, and manage sales and customer experience results.
• Coach employees on account planning, sales execution, client prospecting, and portfolio growth.
• Manage regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks while improving quality for new and existing clients.
• Build senior internal and external relationships and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
• Develop staff, manage performance, and connect business strategy to day-to-day execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in virtual Merchant Services sales environments, payment processing, account management, and sales leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, communicate effectively, negotiate, and sell.
• Must be able to regularly report to a hirify.global major facility; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
