Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, financial performance, security, risk, and regulatory activities.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer relationships and refer customers to relevant bank partners.
• Develop new customer relationships, deepen existing relationships, and maintain a consistent business development and calling program.
• Coach and educate colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, and customer opportunities.
• Build internal, business, and community partnerships while supporting recruitment and staffing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, and colleague development.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, relationship-building, and team motivation skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other banking technologies.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Fingerprints and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Experience leading branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
