What you will do

• Lead delivery of scalable, high-quality, and cost-effective enterprise data solutions.
• Architect and build cloud-native platforms for large-scale ingestion, transformation, validation, and distribution.
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and related technologies.
• Develop event-driven and real-time processing solutions with Kafka, EventBridge, SQS, and SNS.
• Modernize legacy platforms and establish technical roadmaps, engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead engineering teams, production issue resolution, reliability improvements, CI/CD adoption, observability, and cloud cost optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years designing and developing large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and data platforms using AWS, Glue, S3, RDS/Aurora, Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow.
• 8+ years of hands-on Python data solution development.
• 6+ years building event-driven and streaming architectures with Kafka, EventBridge, SQS, and related technologies.
• 6+ years working with relational and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and optimization.
• 6+ years using source control, CI/CD, and DevOps tools such as GitHub, TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus.
• Technical leadership, architectural decision-making, stakeholder management, and experience leading high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• 5+ years in financial services, wealth management, or brokerage.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, Terraform, infrastructure automation, data lakes, and enterprise cloud modernization.
• AWS Associate-level certification.
• Experience developing APIs and microservices with .NET.
