What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of data engineering solutions using Oracle, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Drive Oracle modernization and migration initiatives, including data movement, ETL/ELT, CDC, and cloud data platforms.
• Build and support scalable data pipelines, REST APIs, and near real-time data synchronization solutions.
• Design and optimize Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Snowflake, and data integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards.
• Drive performance tuning, production support, operational excellence, and reliability improvements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering.
• Strong expertise in database design, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Oracle-to-Snowflake migration, Astronomer Airflow, Kafka, MQ, CDC, REST APIs, JSON, Unix shell scripting, and Control-M or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
