Production Superintendent (Manufacturing)

Location: De Pere, WI, USA; onsite production facility with overtime and a flexible schedule as needed to support all shifts.

Annual base salary: $122,960–$138,330, plus a monthly target bonus of 12.5%.

What you will do

• Lead production operations covering safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, material handling, cost performance, training, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety requirements, including EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Schedule employees and coordinate production planning to meet customer demand, manage overtime, minimize inventory, and reduce costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing.
• Develop, train, coach, and mentor employees while supporting employee relations and performance management.
• Prepare budget inputs and identify and implement capital projects that improve operational performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous education or training in manufacturing, engineering, safety, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including charts, graphs, standard operating procedures, one-point lessons, and presentations.
• Ability to complete Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work overtime and a flexible schedule across all shifts; bilingual Spanish and English skills are strongly preferred.
