Production Supervisor (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at 121 Gamma Dr or 1 Anchor Dr; 1st or 2nd shift.

Annual salary: $80,000–$90,500.

What you will do

• Direct, support, and develop production team members to achieve production and material support plans.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, capacity, and operational KPI standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping, Training, and Engineering teams.
• Deploy labor resources, support cross-training, and optimize departmental workflows.
• Lead Tier meetings, product teams, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and PULSE continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Coach team members, communicate objectives and performance feedback, and achieve results through others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or equivalent.
• Ability to lead teams cross-functionally and foster collaboration, trust, diversity, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment involving constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.
• Availability for onsite work in Pittsburgh on the 1st or 2nd shift.

Nice to have

• Technical associate degree or four-year college degree.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts.
