Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Irving, TX, USA; onsite at the manufacturing plant

Annual base salary: $122,960–$138,330, plus a 12.5% quarterly target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead plant production operations covering safety, quality, delivery, productivity, material handling, cost performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop production schedules, optimize staffing, manage overtime and inventory, and meet customer demand.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing.
• Hire, train, coach, mentor, and support employees across diverse language, cultural, and educational backgrounds.
• Coordinate employee relations with supervisors, the Plant Manager, leadership, and HR.
• Identify and implement capital projects, workflow improvements, and operational performance initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Proven safety leadership and a strong commitment to employee safety.
• Ability to speak publicly and train large groups of coworkers.
• Strong work ethic and ability to lead employees in a high-performance plant environment.
