Resident Service Coordinator

Location: On-site in Exeter and Hampton Falls, New Hampshire, with regular travel between properties.

Salary: $24.00–$27.00 per hour for the Southern region.

What you will do

• Connect residents with social service resources and respond to their needs.
• Build welcoming, supportive, and inclusive residential communities.
• Organize resident programs, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with property management to support residents and community operations.
• Strengthen access to affordable housing programs and related resources.

Requirements

• Knowledge of social service agencies and experience working with them.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and resources.
• Experience working directly with disadvantaged people.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between properties are required.
