Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned departments, business units, or properties.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, margin analysis, and long-range strategy.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with operations, marketing, HR, and other departments to analyze performance, costs, revenue growth, and capital utilization.
• Support pricing strategy, ROI analysis, capital investment evaluations, and financial systems or process automation improvements.
• Prepare executive and board presentations, mentor junior analysts, and maintain compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience communicating complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; high school diploma or equivalent also required.
• Must be at least 21 years old, verify the right to work in the United States, and obtain and maintain required work cards, including Nevada Gaming Registration.

Nice to have

• Hospitality, gaming, or multi-unit business experience.
• Experience with Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Tableau.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
