Manager, Corporate FP&A

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or remote within the United States. Tier 1 compensation applies to San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle; Tier 2 applies to all other US locations.

Salary: $159,000–$198,700 USD annually in Tier 1 locations; $138,200–$172,700 USD annually in other US locations.

What you will do

• Own monthly and quarterly FP&A cadences, including close packages, forecast updates, operating expense reviews, and headcount reconciliations.
• Maintain consolidated financial forecasts and the corporate financial model, including three-statement, balance sheet, and cash flow planning.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, including P&L summaries, variance analyses, management packages, and KPI insights.
• Partner with R&D and G&A leaders on budgets, headcount, operating expenses, and financial accountability.
• Build scalable planning tools and processes with a focus on automation and future systems enablement.
• Contribute to Annual Plan and Long Range Plan cycles and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in FP&A at a high-growth or dynamic company.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to build models from scratch and work autonomously.
• Experience managing headcount and operating expense forecasts.
• Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with compensation strategy, planning, or benchmarking.
• SQL or Looker experience.
• Experience with SaaS or product-led growth business models.
