Specialist DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote within Brazil; Londrina, Paraná, Brazil

What you will do

• Build and maintain an Internal Developer Platform that supports software development teams.
• Maintain and support the global platform to keep it stable, secure, and compliant.
• Handle platform support requests throughout the development lifecycle and for production workloads.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver cross-functional platform solutions.
• Work as part of an Agile team.

Requirements

• Must live in Brazil.
• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem, including EKS or AKS, cert-manager, external-dns, API gateways, HPA, and Karpenter or Cluster Autoscaler.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; CI/CD pipelines with Argo CD and GitHub Actions; and Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting, solid knowledge of Linux distributions, and experience with agentic workflows using Claude, Codex, Antigravity, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with a second major cloud provider.
• Experience with AWS Control Tower, Account Factory for Terraform, and Service Control Policies.
• Experience with Keycloak, the LGTM stack, or Datadog.
• Experience deploying and scaling LLM infrastructure such as vLLM or LiteLLM.
