Senior Application Programming Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Design, configure, customize, and integrate enterprise-grade applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Build and present proof-of-concept applications to address stakeholder and product-owner challenges.
• Analyze complex requirements and design scalable, maintainable, high-performance solutions.
• Lead estimation, planning, development assignments, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Develop Apex code, testing scripts, documentation, and implementation frameworks.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, advise IT leadership, and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent foreign degree.
• At least 5 years of application development experience.
• At least 5 years of Salesforce.com configuration, customization, and CRM development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with Apex, WSDL, RESTful APIs, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• At least 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States jurisdiction where the position is posted without employer sponsorship.
