Senior Salesforce Engineer

Location: Remote, associated with Dallas, TX; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Build Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, APIs, and platform configuration.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Influence technical direction and make architectural decisions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits, and platform best practices.
• Experience with Agile delivery, enterprise integrations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution design.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Remote work requires a dedicated space protecting member PHI and HIPAA information, with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet service.
