Ecosystem Growth Manager (DeFi)

Location: New York, hybrid, based in the office with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus token compensation and other benefits.

hirify.global builds products that provide access to the Uniswap Protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data, market research, and partner insights.
• Build business cases, guide investment decisions, and structure and negotiate complex strategic partnerships.
• Own relationships with major partners from initial evaluation and negotiation through launch and expansion.
• Work with Product and Engineering to translate partner needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Drive cross-functional integrations and launches, resolve blockers, and measure adoption and protocol volume.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, product management, or related growth roles in crypto, fintech, payments, or a similar sector.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including opportunity evaluation, agreement negotiation, and complex partner relationship management.
• Comfort working with technical products and Product and Engineering teams to evaluate integrations, define requirements, and make trade-offs.
• Clear communication, strong relationship-building skills, and ownership of ambiguous initiatives.
• Strong interest in DeFi and onchain markets.

Nice to have

• Experience at a major fintech, exchange, HFT, or market-making firm.
• Technical experience with crypto protocols, DeFi, or open source software.
• Strong connections across DeFi ecosystem partners and trading protocols.
• Direct experience with trading, liquidity, or financial infrastructure.
