Business Recruiter (AI)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $100K–$140K per year, plus equity

hirify.global is an AI video company building multimodal agents, rendering engines, generative video models, and video-editing APIs through products including Captions and Tesseract.

What you will do

• Manage assigned recruiting searches from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and interview plans.
• Build candidate pipelines through personalized outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound applications.
• Conduct recruiter screens and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Gather interview feedback, facilitate debriefs, and support offer conversations and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and help refine AI agent workflows for recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates, managing offers, or closing hires.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Proactive approach to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in person at the NYC headquarters.
