Regional Engagement Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; hiring is currently available in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. The role includes attending on-site events.

Annual base salary: $64,160–$71,289 USD for New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington; ranges may vary by location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Deploy the global Wellbeing Engagement strategy and best practices for the US market.
• Facilitate webinars for launch and existing clients and record on-demand client content.
• Localize written materials for French Canadian audiences.
• Attend on-site events and manage engagement brand folders and client requests.
• Coordinate initiatives with internal and external stakeholders across multiple project timelines.

Requirements

• Client-facing experience and comfort facilitating virtual webinars and in-person events.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, organization, and results-oriented execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AI and Canva.
• Ability to adapt and localize content for French Canadian audiences.

• French-speaking ability.
