Events Marketing, Senior Specialist

Location: Remote, United States; required working hours aligned with CST or EST; domestic and international travel up to 20%

Compensation: $75,342–$125,628, $86,600–$144,400, $95,260–$158,840, or $103,920–$173,280 USD annually, depending on U.S. geographic zone

What you will do

• Lead workstreams for internal events, managing timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate daily operations with external agencies and vendors, including briefings and deliverables.
• Build and update registration sites and attendee portals, manage communications, and analyze performance reports.
• Manage attendee gifts and giveaways from ideation through vendor fulfillment.
• Submit and track purchase requisitions and invoices, reconcile expenses, and maintain event budgets.
• Improve event processes and formats, including the use of AI tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event management, event production, or experiential marketing.
• Experience owning event workstreams from ideation through execution, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Cvent for registration and attendee management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and comfort learning new platforms.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States on CST or EST hours and travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales kickoffs, leadership summits, or company-wide internal programs.
• Experience with RainFocus, Swoogo, Zoom, Teams, or Coupa.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Experience creating innovative, high-impact attendee experiences.
