Marketing Associate (HubSpot)

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annual

What you will do

• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, social, and events.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflow automation, sales sequences, landing pages, reporting, segmentation, and data maintenance.
• Develop content, creative assets, presentations, collateral, and messaging with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate promotions and communications for events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Track campaign metrics, performance, and return on investment through reporting and data analysis.
• Coordinate promotional materials and contribute to special projects across marketing functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related Business field preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing or a related role preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM required; HubSpot certification is strongly preferred and may be required after hiring.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, project management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
